To commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, starting from May 2016, the Organization Department of the Putuo District Committee launched a "Campaign for the Selection and Evaluation of Exemplary Party Member Organizational Life Cases" targeting all grassroots Party organizations in the district. As of June 30, a total of 85 Party member organizational life cases had been received.

Following a review conducted by the Organization Departments of each district committee in conjunction with relevant departments, a total of 33 cases were selected, comprising the "Top Ten Exemplary Party Member Organizational Life Cases" and "Outstanding Party Member Organizational Life Cases." Among them, the "If I Were the Client" experiential organizational life case submitted by the Party Branch of Runyi Law Firm was honored to be selected as one of the Top Ten Exemplary Party Member Organizational Life Cases.

Combining its work practices, the Party Branch of Runyi Law Firm hypothesized several client engagement cases, assigned different roles of lawyers and clients, and had Party member lawyers act as client clients who came for consultation and sought legal assistance. Except for the role players, the remaining participants observed from the sidelines and took notes. During the activity, through role-switching experiences and reflection, the Party member lawyers gained firsthand insight into the actual needs and feelings of clients, identified good practices in others' work, continuously improved their own services, enhanced the level of legal services, and simultaneously strengthened the cohesion of the Party organization and the Party member team.

In its future work, the Party Branch of Runyi Law Firm will further strictly implement the system of political life within the Party, focus on innovating the forms of Party member organizational life, expanding its content, and deepening its practical effectiveness, so as to effectively improve the quality of Party member organizational life, and ensure that the "Two Studies, One Action" learning and education initiative is integrated into daily routines and rigorously enforced on a regular basis.
