Runyi Sponsors the "Fudan University Juris Master Career Guidance Blue Book"
In December 2014, the Fudan University Master of Laws Career Guidance Blue Book (2014 Edition), sponsored by our firm, was officially published. Run Yi Law Firm has always been highly attentive to the growth process of young legal professionals, and we hope that this Blue Book will enable the new generation of legal professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the employment prospects in the legal field.
Attorney Jin Bingyi, the Managing Partner, as an alumnus of the Class of 2001, introduced several alumni to the Fudan University Master of Laws Association for the purpose of exchanging employment experience. Drawing on his own legal practice and entrepreneurial experience, Attorney Jin Bingyi offered advice to law students who are about to enter the workplace and are interested in pursuing a career as a lawyer. He emphasized that, whether one aspires to become a litigation lawyer or a non-litigation lawyer, one must first have a passion for legal work and a sense of responsibility; second, one must enrich one's legal knowledge base; and finally, internship experience is also a crucial part of the job-seeking process, after all, "true knowledge comes from practice."
The Blue Book is divided into sections covering the legal profession, the civil service, corporate practice, and the financial sector, providing detailed introductions and analyses from the perspectives of career overviews, internship pathways, job preparation, and advice from senior alumni. From this book, we are also pleased to see that young legal professionals, by summarizing and learning from the experiences of their predecessors, have already formulated long-term plans for their legal careers. We firmly believe that young law students, as the future of the legal profession, will undoubtedly provide new impetus for the advancement of the rule of law and social development.
