Xu Tian, Attorney at Law, and Ren Hong, Attorney at Law from Run Yi Law Firm were invited to provide compliance training for the Autoneum Group.
From June to August 2014, Attorney Xu Tian, Managing Partner of Runyi Law Firm, and Attorney Ren Hong were invited to conduct six compliance training sessions for the Autoneum Group, with the lecture topics being "Competition, Intellectual Property, and Anti-Corruption."
Corruption not only involves business ethics but also constitutes a violation of the law. With the development of economic globalization, corporate corruption is no longer limited to bribery and internal embezzlement but has extended overseas. Such corrupt practices harm corporate interests, disrupt normal economic order, and are subject to severe legal penalties. Intellectual property issues pertain to a company's innovation capacity and are critical to its core future development. How to maintain originality and safeguard one's own property rights is a matter worthy of in-depth study. With regard to competition issues, the two attorneys primarily emphasized the importance of compliance, warning of the substantial losses that may result from unfair competition.
Attorney Xu Tian, as the lead speaker, provided an in-depth analysis of anti-corruption, intellectual property protection, and anti-corruption (sic) by citing case examples. Attorney Ren Hong offered legally professional responses to questions raised by the participants. This training session was highly commended by the attending leadership and colleagues.
