On the morning of October 17, 2025, the closing ceremony of the 2025 Training Program for Newly Appointed Secretaries of Community (Village) Party Organizations in Putuo District was held at the First Heart Hall of the District Party and Mass Service Center. Li Hongzhen, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, attended and delivered a speech.

During the ceremony, a series of important activities conducted throughout the training period were reviewed. Among them, Attorney Lin Baochun from Runyi Law Firm was invited to deliver an interpretation of policies, laws, and regulations related to grassroots governance, with the theme "The Civil Code and Community Work and Life." By employing a method of "explaining the law through case studies," the session analyzed common community issues such as neighborhood disputes, marriage and inheritance matters, thereby infusing the rule of law into the resolution of community conflicts and the promotion of harmonious governance.
