On November 7, 2024, the Plenary (Enlarged) Meeting of the Law Enforcement Coordination Subgroup of the Committee for Comprehensive Law-Based Governance of Putuo District was convened. Mr. Lin Baochun, a Partner of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, by virtue of his professional legal background and extensive practical experience, was honored to be appointed as a Law Enforcement Supervisor for Changfeng Subdistrict. Recognize the Situation and Enhance Awareness: Confront the prominent issues in administrative law enforcement, face the new challenges in the field of administrative law enforcement directly, align with the work requirements in the field of administrative law enforcement, improve administrative law enforcement procedures, innovate administrative law enforcement methods, and strive to enhance public satisfaction. 2. Consolidate the Foundation and Deepen Reforms: Solidly advance cross-departmental comprehensive supervision reforms, promote the establishment and improvement of cross-departmental comprehensive supervision systems in relevant key industries and fields, strengthen the integration of vertical and horizontal responsibilities and regional coordination, continuously improve the overall quality of administrative law enforcement teams, vigorously implement inclusive and prudent supervision, and comprehensively implement the list of exemptions from penalties for minor violations. 3. Improve Mechanisms and Refine Measures: Promote the deep integration of administrative law enforcement coordination and supervision with law enforcement work, strengthen the supervisory role of administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation responses, deepen the interactive guidance between administrative reconsideration, litigation responses, and administrative law enforcement, make good use of the administrative law enforcement supervisor system, and promote the organic integration of public supervision and specialized supervision.

The convening of this meeting marks a solid step taken by Putuo District in improving the quality of administrative law enforcement.
