On the afternoon of June 26, 2023, in active response to the initiative of the Yashi Huizhu Neighborhood Committee of Changfeng New Village Subdistrict to establish a youth career experience alliance and to engage in community activities through the linkage of Party-building alliance units, thereby supporting the growth of young people, Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, in collaboration with the subdistrict neighborhood committee, organized a career experience activity themed "Pioneers of the Legal Profession" for student representatives from the Fourth Affiliated High School of East China Normal University.

This activity primarily consisted of three parts: an introduction to the basic overview of the legal profession, a presentation of practical case studies in the legal service process, and a lecture on the prevention of school bullying. The lawyers from Runyi Law Firm provided a detailed explanation of how to become a lawyer and the main responsibilities of a lawyer. By referencing the portrayal of lawyers in film and television, and through the analysis of classic cases, they offered the participants rich and practical legal knowledge. This also enabled the students to gain an understanding of the legal profession's ecosystem, thereby planting the seeds of the rule of law for their future career paths.

The career experience activity was not merely a seminar; Runyi Law Firm aimed, through various immersive promotional efforts, to actively convey correct legal concepts to the youth. The goal is to enable more students to grow up healthily under the light of the rule of law, while simultaneously sparking their interest in the legal profession and providing assistance for their future career planning.
