On October 26, 2022, the Donation Ceremony for Paired Assistance by the Putuo District Bureau of Justice of Shanghai was held at No. 1 Middle School of Dongchuan, Yunnan. The following leaders attended the ceremony: Ge Liang, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice of Shanghai; Chen Lili, Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Political Department of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice of Shanghai; Liu Jing, Deputy Director of the General Office of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice of Shanghai; Zhu Junting, Deputy Section Chief of the Public Service Section of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice of Shanghai; Li Yan, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Dongchuan District Rural Revitalization Bureau; Bi Yan, Deputy Director of the Dongchuan District Education and Sports Bureau; and Zhou Mingxing, Secretary of the Party Committee of No. 1 Middle School of Dongchuan. Attorney Xi Zhengyu of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm and other attorney representatives also attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, Secretary Zhou Mingxing presented a plaque to Deputy Director Ge Liang and issued donation certificates to attorney representatives including Attorney Xi Zhengyu of Runyi Law Firm. Secretary Zhou Mingxing stated that every cent of the donated funds would be used wisely, living up to everyone's care and expectations. Deputy Director Ge Liang emphasized that the principle of "what Dongchuan needs, what Putuo can provide" would be upheld, contributing actively to consolidating Yunnan's achievements in educational poverty alleviation and serving rural revitalization.
