From November 13 to 14, 2020, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice and the Putuo District Lawyers Working Committee jointly organized the 2020 Advanced Partner Training Program for Law Firms in Putuo District. The training program was attended by Ma Yiqun, Deputy Secretary of the District Political and Legal Affairs Committee; Gu Yubin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Justice; and Xin Feng, Deputy Director of the District Bureau of Justice. Over 100 participants, including members of the District Lawyers Working Committee, managing partners and senior partners of law firms, as well as directors and secretaries-general of the District Young Lawyers Association and the District Women Lawyers Association, took part in the training. Among them, Attorney Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner of Runyi Law Firm, in his capacity as Deputy Director of the Putuo District Lawyers Working Committee and Managing Partner of Runyi Law Firm, along with Senior Attorneys Wang Siqi and Feng Jiaxing of Runyi Law Firm, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Ma Yiqun, Deputy Secretary of the District Political and Legal Affairs Committee; Gu Yubin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Justice; and Xin Feng, Deputy Director of the District Bureau of Justice, presented certificates to the recipients of the 2020 District Leading Talent, Top Talent, and Young Talent awards. Among them, Attorney Jin Bingyi of Runyi Law Firm was recognized as a Putuo District Leading Talent, and Attorney Wang Siqi was honored as a Putuo District Young Talent. Attorney Jin Bingyi delivered an acceptance speech on behalf of the awardees.

Finally, five attorneys from five law firms, including Attorney Jin Bingyi of Runyi Law Firm, participated in a micro-forum to discuss the topic "How to View the Impending Wave of Law Firm Mergers." Ji Nuo, President of the Shanghai Bar Association, attended the forum and delivered insightful comments.
