On May 9, 2020, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice convened a symposium on lawyer services for investment attraction. Deputy District Mayor Yang Yuanfei attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was presided over by Gu Yubin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Justice. Other leaders of the District Bureau of Justice, as well as 20 lawyer representatives from the District Lawyers' Working Committee, the Legal Advisory Group for the District Party and Government Organs, and the District Government's Externally Engaged Legal Advisors, participated in the meeting.

Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, attended the meeting as a member of the Legal Advisory Group for Leading Cadres of the Putuo District Party and Government Organs and as a Legal Advisor to the Putuo District Government. During the meeting, Director Jin Bingyi engaged in active discussions with district leaders and other lawyer representatives, exploring the impact of the pandemic on the development of the legal profession and offering suggestions. He expressed that in future work, he would fully leverage the positive role of lawyers in serving regional economic development, contributing to the optimization of the business environment and investment attraction in the district with high-quality and professional services.
