Mr. Jin Bingyi, Director of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm and Vice President of the Shanghai Bar Association, led a delegation of Shanghai lawyers to attend the 32nd Annual Conference of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) in Tokyo, Japan, from April 24 to 27, 2024.

Over the years, the Shanghai Bar Association has consistently engaged in exchanges and cooperation with international bar associations, industry organizations, and legal service institutions. In 2021, it assisted the IPBA in successfully hosting its 30th Annual Conference in Shanghai. This participation once again demonstrated the professional competence of Shanghai lawyers in cross-border legal services and their extensive influence in international exchanges and cooperation, while also deepening exchanges and friendships with lawyers from around the world. Going forward, the Shanghai Bar Association will continue to join hands with colleagues in the international legal community to jointly address challenges and share insights, contributing the strength of Chinese lawyers and Shanghai lawyers to the development of the legal profession in the Asia-Pacific region and globally.
