On March 29, 2019, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice of Shanghai convened a working meeting to implement the responsibility systems for Party conduct and integrity, primary-level Party building, and ideological work in 2019. More than 80 individuals attended the meeting, including members of the Bureau's Party and administrative leadership team, members of the District Lawyers' Industry Party Committee (Discipline Inspection Committee) and the District Lawyers' Working Committee, as well as secretaries and deputy secretaries of various primary-level Party branches. The meeting provided mobilization and deployment for activities such as the "2019 Year of Standardization in Party Building for the Lawyers' Industry."

Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, attended the meeting in his capacity as Deputy Director of the Putuo District Lawyers' Working Committee and signed the "Putuo District Bureau of Justice Responsibility Agreement for Party Conduct and Integrity Construction, Primary-Level Party Building, and Ideological Construction in 2019." Attorney Jin Bingyi stated that he would continue to deeply study the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, earnestly fulfill the duties of the "primary responsible person," and integrate this into all aspects of daily legal work.
