On January 28, 2019, the election meeting for representatives of the Putuo District Constituency for the 11th Congress of the Shanghai Bar Association was convened. A total of 117 lawyers, including Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, and lawyers from other law firms in Putuo District, participated in the election on behalf of 812 lawyers.

Following nominations and recommendations from various law firms and the District Lawyers Working Committee, solicitation of opinions from all parties, full deliberation and consultation, review by the District Lawyers Industry Party Committee, and approval by the District Bureau of Justice Party Committee, 19 lawyer representatives from Putuo District, including Attorney Jin Bingyi, were elected.

Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director, stated that receiving this honor is not only an affirmation of past work but also a commitment to lead by example and contribute modestly to the advancement of the regional legal profession.
