On November 21, 2015, the Company and Commercial Business Research Committee, in which Director Jin Bingyi of our firm serves, jointly organized the "Company and Commercial Forum" with the Shanghai Bar Association's Law School. The forum focused on the impact of the Internet and Big Data on commercial legal services, and was presented by Attorney Jiang Yong, Chief Partner of Tiantong Law Firm.

Attorney Jiang Yong first illustrated the power of the Internet in disseminating information within vertical domains by citing Tiantong's foray into new media—replacing "Tiantong Reference" with "Tiantong Litigation Circle." Using the example of Tiantong Open Day, he clarified that "openness" is the fundamental premise of the Internet. Furthermore, he emphasized the significant importance of Big Data in the legal services field and introduced the efforts of Tiantong and Wusong in knowledge management and Big Data, such as Wusong Case Database, Wusong Business Cards, and the "Tiantong Code," highlighting the Internet's role in advancing new types of legal services.

As the Deputy Director of the Company and Commercial Business Research Committee, Director Jin Bingyi of our firm engaged in a lively discussion with Attorney Jiang Yong after the forum, expressing recognition of Tiantong Law Firm's innovative services and exchanging service experiences as fellow law firms specializing in commercial legal services. Through this exchange and learning, Director Jin Bingyi indicated that our firm should also learn to leverage the Internet and Big Data to better build its brand and serve its clients.
