Attorney Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner of Runyi Law Firm, was successfully elected as the Deputy Director of the Tenth Putuo District Lawyers Working Committee, and attended the plenary session and the directors' meeting.

As an outpost agency of the Shanghai Bar Association, the District Lawyers Working Committee's primary functions are to maintain contact with the public, convey information from higher to lower levels, extend the industry management of the Municipal Bar Association to the grassroots, strengthen self-discipline management, provide close services to lawyers, unite the broader community of lawyers to practice in a standardized and trustworthy manner, and contribute wisdom and strength to Shanghai's reform, opening-up, and economic and social development. The Putuo District Lawyers Working Committee has established five working groups: Business and Research, Discipline and Rights Protection, Culture and Publicity, Planning and Development, Young Lawyers, and Female Lawyers. These groups serve as a bridge for interaction between business guidance departments and lawyers; provide a platform for law firms and lawyers to discuss business, exchange experiences, and explore development; and also pay attention to specific groups such as female lawyers and young lawyers, creating favorable conditions for their growth and development.

Attorney Jin Bingyi stated that he will resolutely maintain political clarity, adhere to the principles of "two supports and three practices," support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the socialist rule of law, and insist on practicing law in accordance with the law, with integrity, and in a standardized manner. He will faithfully fulfill his entrusted duties, excellently complete assigned tasks, and make due contributions to the development of the legal profession in Putuo District.
