From March 1 to 2, 2017, Attorneys Xu Tian and Liu Linna of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm attended the 2017 Asia M&A Forum held in Hong Kong. The forum was hosted by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) and co-organized by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).

The forum featured lively discussions on topics such as hot issues in Asian mergers and acquisitions, challenges and opportunities in China's outbound mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution in M&A transactions, and post-merger integration.

During the forum, Attorneys Xu Tian and Liu Linna exchanged views with lawyers from around the world, as well as professionals from the banking, finance, and investment sectors, on the development and expansion of mergers and acquisitions practices. They also gained valuable experience for their future work.
