On February 2, 2018, the 2017 Putuo District Symposium on the Establishment of Harmonious Labor Relations was held at Changfeng Building, Putuo District. Officials including Mr. Zhong Hua, Director of the Labor Relations Division of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and Ms. Yin Hualian, Deputy Director of the Putuo District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, along with representatives from various sub-districts and towns in Putuo District and evaluation entities, attended the meeting. The symposium summarized the establishment work in 2017 and proposed plans and objectives for the establishment work in 2018.

At the meeting, Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, delivered a work report on behalf of the evaluation entity for this establishment initiative. He put forward relevant recommendations regarding typical issues identified in enterprises during the evaluation process, which received unanimous recognition from the attending officials and representatives of sub-districts and towns, and sparked active discussions.
