In January 2016, Attorney Jin was appointed by the Joint Office of Putuo District as a specially invited attorney for the 2016 special campaign to resolve long-standing petition cases in Putuo District.

The participation of attorneys in petition work refers to the conduct in which attorneys, upon assignment by the judicial administrative authority and engagement by the petition department, provide legal consultation and legal opinions to petitioners on matters involving legal issues, and offer legal services to petition departments at all levels for the lawful handling of letters and visits from the public.

Attorney Jin has served as a specially invited attorney for the special campaign to resolve long-standing petition cases in Putuo District for three consecutive years. He stated that, as a legal practitioner, he will earnestly enhance his awareness of serving the public, his service consciousness, and his overall perspective, and will fully leverage the important role of legal education and publicity in petition work, guiding the public to express their demands rationally, and alleviating the emotional tensions of the public, thereby making positive contributions to resolving social conflicts and disputes, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the public, and maintaining social harmony and stability.
