In October 2014, to allow colleagues who had been working diligently for most of the year to relax and unwind, Runyi Law Firm organized a trip for all employees to Clubmed on Ishigaki Island, Japan, where they enjoyed the leisurely comfort of sunshine and sandy beaches at the beautiful Kabira Beach. Each morning, they awoke to the sound of waves, and after enjoying a variety of breakfasts in the restaurant, they embarked on a perfect vacation mode. Enthusiastic G.Os would proactively share their work experiences at Clubmed and diverse cultural backgrounds with them, and when they tried different recreational activities, the G.Os would provide patient guidance and attentive protection. Those of us who usually lacked exercise found ourselves moving from one sport to another every day. Archery: from missing the target repeatedly at the start to hitting the bullseye every time in the end; Table Tennis: from only knowing how to serve as amateurs to winning the gold medal in table tennis through teamwork. Canoeing: from wobbling left and right at first to riding the wind and waves later. Diving: from tasting the saltiness of seawater to admiring the beautiful coral. Other activities, such as squash, tennis, sailing, and more, all reawakened our long-dormant passion for sports. At night, after watching the G.Os' daily performances with different themes and joining the狂欢派对 at the bar, we lay down on the dark beach with friends we had spent time with, looked up at the star-filled sky that felt within reach, and let the refreshing sea breeze settle our joyful hearts from the day. Then, we all slept soundly.

Before we knew it, the seven-day vacation came to an end. Still wanting more, we actively and diligently threw ourselves back into our busy work, ready to embrace a new round of opportunities and challenges.
