Pudong District Standing Committee Member of the CPC, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, Tai Xun, Conducts a Visit and Research
On the morning of September 10, 2014, Tai Xun, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, visited Run Yi Law Firm to conduct research on the work of our firm’s lawyers.
After hearing the report by Director Jin Bingyi on the current status of the firm’s lawyer team, firm management, and firm development, Secretary Tai Xun fully affirmed the achievements made in the lawyers’ work and their contributions to regional economic and social development and social stability. He also put forward suggestions and requirements for the construction of the lawyer team: the development of lawyers should be aligned with the actual economic and social conditions of Shanghai, with a focus on respective areas of legal service specialization, careful study of policies and regulations, and keeping pace with the times. For a law firm, the first priority is to build an excellent team of lawyers, attracting and cultivating outstanding young lawyers; second, to concentrate on each firm’s professional characteristics and business strengths while maintaining sensitivity to economic, social, and regulatory systems; third, to gradually improve internal institutional construction and strengthen standardized service management; and fourth, to proactively provide high-quality legal services and legal safeguards for regional economic and social development and community construction.
