As the work of lawyers in our district receives increasing attention from the district party committee and government, lawyers are playing an increasingly important role in socio-economic development and the resolution of social disputes. Against this backdrop, the presence of lawyer representatives and committee members has gradually emerged at the Putuo District People's Congress and Political Consultative Conference.

Lawyer Jin Bingyi, as a deputy to the Putuo District People's Congress and a member of the district government's legal advisory group, put forward two suggestions at the People's Congress: First, firmly seize the opportunity of the international cross-border talent hub to enhance the functional agglomeration effect of the Changfeng Ecological Business District, transforming it into a new Hongqiao. Second, take the amendment of the Administrative Procedure Law as an opportunity to advance the adjudication of administrative cases.

At the two sessions, Lawyer Jin Bingyi actively offered suggestions and proposals for regional socio-economic development, striving to demonstrate the role of lawyers as builders in the new era.
