On the morning of November 10, 2017, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice convened a lawyer work conference, attended by over 100 participants, including the heads of law firms across the district, such as Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, as well as relevant officials from the District People's Congress, the District Government, the District People's Court, and the District People's Procuratorate.

The newly formed Putuo District Advisory Group comprises a total of 26 members, including bureau-level leaders from the District Party Committee and the District Government, as well as bureau-level leaders serving on the District People's Congress and the District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, along with advisory lawyers. During the meeting, Comrade Zhang Wenyao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Justice, presented honorary certificates to the members of the Advisory Group and summarized the development of the district's legal profession and the construction of the lawyer workforce.

Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, expressed his honor in receiving this recognition once again and stated that he will actively leverage his role in future work to better resolve disputes and conflicts, serve grassroots communities, and contribute to regional economic development.
