Senior Partner Jin Bingyi Successfully Delivered a Lecture on Prevention of Occupational Crimes at WPG Group
To further strengthen the awareness of integrity in professional conduct and minimize and curb the occurrence of occupational crimes, on May 16, 2017, at the invitation of WPG Holdings, Attorney Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, delivered a professional lecture themed "Commercial Bribery - Occupational Crimes."
The lecture focused on elaborating on aspects such as "fraud, conflicts of interest, employees' non-compete obligations during their tenure, embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, and commercial bribery." Using vivid case studies, it explained in an accessible manner that occupational crimes not only cause significant economic and property losses to enterprises and teams but also impose severe costs on individuals' career prospects and personal freedom. The entire lecture closely adhered to the theme and was highly targeted, particularly striking a chord and serving as a strong warning to the senior executives in attendance.
After the lecture, the attendees responded enthusiastically, stating that the lecture had once again purified their minds.
