On the afternoon of September 23, 2016, the People's Government of Putuo District, Shanghai, held an appointment ceremony for the District Government's Legal Advisory Group. Zhou Minhao, the District Mayor of Putuo, presided over the ceremony and delivered an important speech. The newly formed Legal Advisory Group of the Putuo District People's Government consists of nine members, including one legal scholar and eight full-time practicing attorneys.

Mr. Jin Bingyi is a professional with extensive legal practice experience and an attorney with a strong sense of social responsibility. Mr. Jin Bingyi stated that being reappointed as a part-time legal advisor to the district is both an affirmation of his work and a driving force for continuous progress.
