On October 13, 2009, as the countdown to the World Expo entered the 200-day mark, the Putuo District Legal Publicity Office, in conjunction with the District Construction and Transportation Commission, held the opening ceremony of the "Welcome the World Expo, Celebrate the National Day, Promote Harmony" — "Top Ten Lawyers" Series of Legal Lectures for Government Agencies and Communities at the District Construction System Party School.
Attorney Jin Bingyi was invited as the keynote speaker for the first lecture of this series, delivering a presentation on the "Property Law" to over 50 representatives of government officials working on the front lines of demolition and relocation, property management, and administrative enforcement within the construction system. The lecture focused on two main themes: the legislative background of the Property Law and property-related issues in urban housing and land management. It not only provided a detailed explanation of the legislative background and specific provisions of the Property Law but also clarified relevant practical issues. The entire lecture was rich in content, compact, and practically significant, and was well received by the government officials in attendance.
